Our Approach

Privacy-First, Regulatory-Forward

ULTRAVERSE is built on the conviction that privacy is not a feature — it is a foundation. Every product we ship, every protocol we adopt, and every partnership we form is evaluated against this principle.

We are regulatory-forward, not reactive. Our technology is designed to meet current and emerging compliance requirements across jurisdictions including the UK, EU, US, and Australia. We believe that companies who build compliance into their architecture from day one will lead the next era of digital services.

Built on open standards and open protocols, our stack is designed for interoperability and longevity. We are headquartered in Australia with global ambition, assembling a world-class team to deliver on our vision.

Rick Marriott

Chief Operating Officer

His career spans military service at HQ London District and MoD HQ, Big 4 consulting at Deloitte and KPMG, and a portfolio of high-growth ventures across AI, cybersecurity, augmented reality, and UAV technology. With 20+ years delivering digital transformation across enterprise and government environments, his work has consistently centred on one challenge: helping organisations navigate complexity when technology, scale, and risk converge. His experience spans healthcare IT, enterprise platforms, cloud programmes, cybersecurity, and large-scale modernisation, much of it in regulated, high-risk settings where decisions carry real consequences. At Kruzer, he brings that same execution-led discipline to the full technology build: platform architecture, infrastructure delivery, and the systems that underpin a global AR gaming ecosystem.
